BCAC Board releases letter OPPOSING the “Proposed Opportunity” Housing Changes to General Plan

The BCAC board voted last week in opposition to the proposed “Opportunity Housing” changes to the San Jose General Plan. We drafted a letter stating our concerns and our rationale for opposing position after hearing from spokespersons during this month’s general meeting.
