2015 Art Box Project Sponsored by the BCAC – The BCAC sponsored the Art Box Project to convert drab utility boxes into works of art reflecting our local heritage:  We collected membership recommendations on locations and general artistic guidelines.  Then we partnered with Ms. Tina Morrill‘s Art Box Project to vet the proposed locations against the City and Utilities “no touch” lists and to get artist recommendations.  Ms. Isabel Quinonez was commissioned to paint the utility boxes at the corner of Peidmont and Berryessa Road to represent out agricultural heritage.  Her colorful and engaging rendering has been a public joy.
