Come Celebrate!  The BCAC wants to host you and your family as we celebrate the completion of the mural restoration at the Berryessa Community Center (3050 Berryessa Road) on Saturday, November 13th between 10:00 and noon.  (Flyer attached) We will supply refreshments, and we invite you will bring your sense of wonder and community to the event.

Respecting the City/County COVID restrictions, this will be an outdoor event, but the Community Staff has stepped up to make the indoor bathroom available.  The long range forecast is for partly cloudy skies and temperatures around 70, but we will have awnings just in case.

After years of exposure to sun and rain, we wanted to restore Valley of the Heart’s Delight’s lovely pastel shades.  Fortunately we were able to have the original artist, John Pugh, return and do this delicate restoration across the seven panels that front our community center.

At 10:30 Mayor Liccardo and Council Member Cohen will have an opportunity to acknowledge this restoration and the people who were instrumental in its completion – in spite of the COVID restrictions and wild fires evacuations.
