We’ll be having our monthly general meeting this month via Zoom. We have 2 presentations as well as updates from our elected officials.

We are all looking forward to an update from the law enforcement officers and our political representatives, and our guest speakers will be informative and entertaining,.

• Dr. Byron D. Clift Breland – Long-Time President and new Chancellor of the San José/Evergreen Community College.  With three campuses and thousands of students, SJECCD must be working hard to fulfill their educational mission while attending to the COVID Guidelines.
• Mike Monroe is a respected local historian who makes the subject come alive.  His topic “Valley of the Heart’s Delight” is our history, and we encourage you to invite your children to attend and ask questions.

So gather around your monitor with refreshments (you provide them this time) and share in our network community.

Closing invitation – We want every member to consider BCAC leadership.  In November the Board will appoint a Nominating Committee in preparation for the Election of BCAC Officers in December.  BCAC leadership is a rewarding experience share with people like you – people who care about our community and each other.  We are eager to talk to anyone considering a Board role and answer your questions.
