BCAC Members and Community Friends,

I want you to know that we will be hosting the Joy of Dance Company at our Dec 11 Holiday General Meeting.  We are all disappointed that the Sierramonte Middle School Chorus and Orchestra had to cancel, but we look forward to other opportunities to host these talented/disciplined musicians and their faculty leaders in the near future.  

The BUSD teachers recently opted for a “work to rule” that ends their contribution at the end of school hours.  Recognizing the implication, our Vice President, Dr. Roxane Fuentes, worked very hard on short notice to get either Independence HS or Piedmont Hills HS but they could not accept.  But Roxane extended her search horizon and miraculously connected with the Joy of Dance Company who agreed to entertain us.

We encourage everyone to come to the Community Center at 7:00 PM and enjoy an abbreviated agenda, dance presentation, each other, and holiday refreshments.  We have much to celebrate including each other.  Among the items to be completed at the meeting is the election of the BCAC Board Members for 2024.  But if Zoom works for you, it works for us, tool
